Each year, councils are required to file Form 990n with the IRS. For information on completing this form (which may be done online) go to the Officers Online section of Supreme's website (http://www.kofc.org/un/eb/en/officers/index.html), click on the Officers Online link on the left side, log-in to the site and then look at the Support Materials in the lower right-hand corner for a link titled "Form 990 Information" for details on completing this form.

The deadline for completing this form is May 15th.
